Teaching standards

standards of education compliant with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education Decree of 12 July 2007 defining educational standards for particular fields of study, educational levels as well as the mode of formation and conditions, which have to be met by the university in order to conduct interdisciplinary studies and macro-fields. On the basis of Art. 9 Ustawa Prawo o Szkolnictwie Wyższym from 27 July 2005 (Dziennik Ustaw No.164 pos.1166 with further amendments). Standards define general requirements including the number of academic hours, the graduate profile and teaching contents specified for particular subjects divided into subject groups: comprehensive, elementary and specialized, as well as the guidelines and requirements concerning students’ training.
